Hearty Bean and Macaroni Stew


1 cup of chopped tomato

3/4 cup uncooked elbow macaroni

1/4 cup of chopped onion

1/4 cup of chopped green pepper

1 3/4 cup of vegetable stock

1 tbsp fresh basil leaves or 1 tsp of dried basil leaves

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 clove of chopped garlic

1 can 16 oz kidney beans drained

1/2 can (15 oz size) of garbanzo beans drained

 

mix all ingredients in a 2 qt saucepan. heat to a boil, stirring occasionally, reduce heat. Cover and simmer about 15 mins untill pasta is tender.
